What is your turn around time?
For our handmade items, turn around time is up to 4 weeks, but we always aim for sooner. For our manufactured items, turn around time is 2-3 business days.
Please note that any orders containing both handmade items and manufactured items, turn around time will be as noted for handmade items.
Are your items handmade or manufactured?
We have a handmade line that is custom made just for you! We also have an exclusive bamboo viscose line that is specifically manufactured for us!
Do all items run true to size?
Our handmade items are made from several different pattern designers. Most run true to size, but please double check your child's measurements with the sizing charts available.
Our exclusive line of pajamas is designed to meet "snug fitting" guidelines (this applies only to ages above 9 months). The everyday wear items run true to size, but again always check your child's measurements.
Where are your items made?
Our handmade items are made and shipped from Olathe, KS. Our manufactured line is made in China exclusively for us and shipped to you from Olathe, KS.
Do you use any harsh chemicals, like flame-retardant?
No way! Three Sunflowers is a Registered Small Batch Manufacturer and follows CPSC guidelines. We also source fabrics for our handmade items from companies who do testing on all textiles.
Can my order be changed or cancelled?
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, it is not able to be cancelled or changed.
